Registration and Account

The user warrants that the information provided is:

Log retention
TRADEMYBUSINESS S.R.L. may retain technical records related to accesses, requests for information, expressions of interest, and interactions carried out through the Platform for the purposes of security, monitoring, preventing abuse, and protecting its rights.
Separate services and agreements
Any professional services, consulting services, support activities, commercial agreements, NDAs, letters of engagement, or other documents signed at a later date will be governed by separate agreements.
In the event of a conflict between separate agreements and these Terms, separate agreements will take precedence regarding these Terms and Conditions.
